Share documents with your Mouseways specialist securely — no email attachments needed.

What to upload here

Some bookings require copies of supporting documents. Common files shared through this tool include:

  • Passport photos or scans (required for Disney Cruise Line and international travel)
  • Travel insurance documents
  • Existing booking confirmations (if we're taking over a reservation)
  • Any other documents your specialist has requested

All files are transferred over an encrypted connection and stored securely in your client file. We don't share your documents with anyone outside Mouseways.

Secure file upload is handled through your Mouseways client portal (Trip Hub). Your specialist will send you a direct link when documents are needed.
