Know Before You Go
Walt Disney World — current updates
What's open, what's changed, and what to know before your visit.
Park hours and reservations
Walt Disney World no longer requires theme park reservations for most guests. Check the official Disney website for current park hours, which vary significantly by date and season. Extended Evening Hours (available to Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resort guests) offer an additional two hours in select parks on select nights — a significant perk worth factoring into your resort choice.
Lightning Lane updates
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass are Disney's current paid line-skipping programs. Pricing is dynamic — it varies by park, date, and demand. Multi Pass is purchased per person, per day; Single Pass is per person, per attraction. Your Mouseways specialist will help you determine the best strategy for your specific travel dates.
Current construction and refurbishments
Walt Disney World is always evolving. Tron Lightcycle / Run opened at Magic Kingdom in 2023 and remains one of the park's most popular attractions. EPCOT has completed the majority of its multi-year transformation. Check the official Disney website or ask your Mouseways specialist for the most current list of attraction refurbishments and construction projects that may affect your visit.
Dining reservations
Table service restaurants continue to book 60 days in advance for Disney hotel guests (60 days from check-in for the full stay). Mobile ordering is available and recommended for most quick service locations. Reservations for high-demand restaurants — Cinderella's Royal Table, California Grill, Topolino's Terrace — should be secured as early as possible.
