Clients who choose to decline travel insurance are asked to acknowledge that decision in writing before their trip is finalized.
Why we ask for this
Travel insurance protects your investment against the unexpected — illness, flight cancellations, medical emergencies abroad, and more. We recommend it for every trip and are happy to walk you through coverage options at any point in the planning process.
If you've decided to decline travel insurance, we ask that you complete a brief written acknowledgment before your booking is finalized. This ensures we're all on the same page and that your decision is documented in your file.

The waiver is now handled through your Mouseways client portal (Trip Hub). Log in to access and complete your waiver.
